Local photo/videographer Mike Latschislaw has been filming a documentary over the past year focused on Winnipeg's thriving, yet often underestimated, music scene. We were lucky enough to be a part of it, if only in a small way. You'll see artists such as Bro's Landreth, JP Hoe, Mise En Scene and even the most well-known perhaps, Mr. John K. Sampson. There's dozens of others as well!
There has been an Indie-Go-Go campaign set up to help fund this project. Most of the initial costs have been laid out, but there is still more to go. It is also broken down as to what your money will be helping.
What started as an unknown project has transformed into something amazingly beautiful. I cannot wait for the premier, which is scheduled around March 2014.
